Technical Section Manager – Dong Nai, Vietnam

Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Section Manager to lead process improvement and technical operations in our precision manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Production Improvement: Review processes for repeat orders, propose and implement improvements; evaluate tools and request purchases; set up and operate machines.
• Maintenance: Manage and maintain equipment and auxiliary systems; perform electrical and factory equipment repairs.
• Quotation Support: Assess new drawings for manufacturability; plan processes, allocate equipment and jigs; calculate machining and inspection times.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Minimum 4 years of experience in precision machining (milling, turning, wire EDM, etc.).
• At least 2 years of team management experience.
• Experience in production preparation: process design, jig design, CAD/CAM programming.
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or equivalent (communication level).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar).
• Background in machining for aerospace, medical devices, or semiconductor industries.
