QA Supervisor – Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Description: We are seeking a QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance operations and drive continuous improvement across our production processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring KPI indicators to evaluate quality performance and reporting to the department head.
• Tracking yield and pass rates to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitating root cause investigations related to processes and materials impacting final product performance.
• Training team members on quality standards and control procedures.
• Conducting inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products throughout production.
• Preparing and organizing internal quality system audits in line with ISO 9001, brand, customer, or third-party requirements.
• Managing daily quality reports and monthly summaries for the CTC plant.
• Handling quality complaints and preparing COA documentation.
• Providing leadership for the local QA team and ensuring consistent adherence to company QA procedures.
• Coordinating with customers and delivering one-on-one training to inspectors to ensure proper defect identification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English or Chinese (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
• Engineering degree is desirable but not essential.
• Background in Quality Systems and principles is a strong advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the textile/garment industry.
• Strong comprehension and execution ability.
• Familiarity with quality management tools and principles.
