– Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead logistics sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Ocean, Air Freight, and Customs procedures with team members.
• Support and consult clients; negotiate with vendors when required.
• Develop business plans and implement sales strategies.
• Support the General Manager and Sales Team in monitoring sales progress, new projects, and achieving targets.
• Ensure cooperation with Operations Department in compliance with laws, policies, and company regulations.
• Expand the potential customer base and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance; create training plans for sales team members.
• Develop new services and business tools to create market breakthroughs.
• Prepare market reports and propose solutions to attract and retain customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics sales for a Japanese or international logistics/forwarder company (mandatory).
• Strong management, negotiation, and business planning skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales & marketing in logistics, including air, ocean, warehouse, trucking, and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with a cooperative attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good English skills (business level).
• Ability to work under high pressure with strong responsibility.
