Sales Executive (Home Care Industry) – Bac Ninh, Vietnam

Job Description

• Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to provide insights for product development and pricing.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on Home Care product categories (laundry care, dishwashing, air care, car care, household cleaners) to provide technical advice and solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product offerings and address customer needs effectively.
• Customer Presentation & Negotiation: Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations with clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in Home Care products (laundry, dishwashing, air care, car care, household cleaners).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven negotiation ability.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and customer feedback.
• Problem-solving mindset, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strategic thinking to address customer objections and propose solutions.
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities to collaborate across teams.
