Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant quality operations, ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, improve customer quality performance, and drive a zero-defect culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant quality systems in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints and lead 8D problem-solving activities.
• Implement and improve APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC systems.
• Monitor process quality performance and reduce PPM, scrap, and rework.
• Support NPD projects and new product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and lead the Quality team and establish quality improvement KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote zero-defect manufacturing culture.
• Ensure effective quality control throughout production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• 8–12 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Quality Manager or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D Problem Solving
• Automotive components manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
