About the Role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Store to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and material control activities in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory, efficient warehouse processes, and smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies, SOPs, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventory checks, and stock control.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability while minimizing excess and shortages.
  • Ensure warehouse transactions and inventory data are accurately updated in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments to ensure timely material supply.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, company policies, and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or material management within manufacturing industries.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
