Chief Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager – Quang Nam, Vietnam

Location: Tam Thang Industrial Park, Vietnam

Role Overview

Support monthly financial reporting, inventory management, manufacturing costing, and audit coordination. Ensure accurate accounting records and provide financial analysis to support operational and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting tasks and support team development.
• Monitor and reconcile greige fabric inventory.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management analysis.
• Review inventory movements, manufacturing costs, and valuations.
• Coordinate financial audits and prepare supporting documentation.
• Support tax compliance and adherence to accounting policies.
• Review and reconcile supplier and customer claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline, and/or a Vietnamese CPA qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Experience as an Audit Assistant or Audit Senior is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, inventory accounting, manufacturing costing, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and team development skills.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.0 is desirable.
