Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bluetooth Lead Engineer to drive architecture discussions, technical reviews, and integration of the NF3525PQ A15 BT stack across P411 and Alpine projects. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless Android OS upgrades and maintaining compatibility across multiple chipset generations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews for BT stack integration.
• Evaluate differences between NF3205PQ and NF3525PQ regarding driver interfaces, vendor extension APIs, and profile behavior; identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead or co-lead technical planning for Android OS upgrades (A15 → A17), including:
  • BT framework API changes
  • Compatibility risks for existing BT service implementations
  • Qualification and certification impact (e.g., BQB re-qualification scope)
• Act as the primary technical liaison between supplier BT teams and ECARX platform/framework teams.
• Provide guidance and code review support to maintenance engineers on QCA3205.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Android Bluetooth stack, ideally across multiple chipset generations.
• Deep understanding of Android BT architecture changes across OS versions (A13–A17).
• Hands-on experience with Qualcomm BT chipset bring-up and vendor HAL customization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team technical discussions and document decisions clearly.
• Experience with OEM automotive BT integration (CarPlay, Android Auto, BT telephony) is a strong plus.
