Finance Manager – Thailand

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full finance function for Thailand operations. This leadership role will ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across financial processes while guiding a small team and supporting management on strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Oversee local taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly/periodic financial reports.
• Lead and supervise a 2‑person finance team, ensuring performance and development.
• Collaborate with senior management on finance and operational matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise across AR, AP, taxation, audit, and reporting.
• Background in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry preferred.
• Thai national or Thai‑Indian holding a Thai passport.
• In‑depth knowledge of Thai accounting standards and local tax regulations.
• Proven team management and leadership experience.
