HSE Technician – HCMC, Vietnam

Job Purpose: Execute HSE activities on the shop floor, ensuring compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct frontline safety supervision, PPE compliance checks, and deliver Toolbox Talks.
- Implement specialized HSE tasks (environmental management, chemical handling, 5S, fire safety).
- Participate in emergency response and fire drills.
- Record and report HSE data, maintain logbooks, and update SAP HANA system.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor new HSE technicians when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/College degree in HSE, Environment, Chemistry, or Occupational Safety.
- 1–2 years of HSE experience in manufacturing; fresh graduates with HSE training accepted.
- Mandatory certifications: Occupational Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid.
- Strong awareness of safety culture and compliance mindset.
- Ability to work on-site (≥80% shop floor), flexible with shifts and emergency response.
