Partnership Manager – Hanoi, Vietnam

About the Role

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to drive collaboration with global and local game studios, focusing on midcore and hybrid casual titles. This role requires strong business development skills, deep knowledge of game publishing models, and the ability to build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Sourcing: Identify and pitch global/regional game studios developing high-potential midcore and hybrid casual titles.
• Deal Execution: Negotiate publishing terms, revenue share models, and close contracts.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between external developers and internal teams.
• Cross-Functional Launch: Coordinate with UA, Monetization, and Product teams to test and scale games.
• Global Mobility: Represent the company at major gaming conferences (GDC, Gamescom, ChinaJoy).
• Local Collaboration: Build partnerships with Vietnamese indie studios (casual puzzle, midcore) to bring games to international markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in gaming business development, publisher relations, or mobile game producing.
• Strong focus on Midcore and Hybrid Casual Games (IAA + IAP).
• Excellent English communication skills (business level).
• Deep understanding of hybrid casual and midcore genres, including monetization models.
• Ability to analyze early test data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and high autonomy.
• Age range: 9x – 2x preferred.
• Network and experience working with Vietnamese indie studios (e.g., Pixon, Bravestar, ABI) is a plus.
