We are looking for a Planning Manager to oversee production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth and cost-efficient production flow, meeting customer demand while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính

• Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Determine required materials and generate purchase requests.
• Ensure consistent and adequate supply of materials for production.
• Schedule and oversee supply and delivery of materials.
• Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding production schedules and deadlines.
• Determine manpower and equipment needed to meet production demand.
• Monitor jobs to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Address issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Prepare and submit performance reports, analyzing gaps between plan and actual.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for delivery of finished products.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, maintenance, production, quality control, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications & Skills / Yêu cầu & Kỹ năng

• At least 3 years of experience as Planning Manager/Supervisor.
• Experience in feed or food industry.
• Experience in warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Experience with MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning).
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
• Good math and statistical skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• English communication ability.
• Logistics experience is an advantage.
