Production Section Manager – Dong Nai, Vietnam

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Section Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for:

• Production Planning: Monitor and adjust production schedules; plan and manage workforce allocation.
• Equipment & Delivery Management: Supervise machine operating hours; control delivery timelines and overtime.
• On-Site Supervision: Lead and guide workers; manage the entire production section to ensure efficiency and quality.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Minimum 2 years of experience in precision machining (milling, turning, wire EDM, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience in production and shop-floor management (workforce, delivery, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or equivalent (communication level).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar).
• Background in machining for aerospace, medical devices, or semiconductor industries.

• Flexible and adaptable to diverse, small-batch production (70–80% repeat orders).

Benefits:
