About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales initiatives and mentor junior team members. This role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and driving business growth in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and Structural Steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate project enquiries and coordinate with design/estimation teams.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Secure payments and manage letters of credit.
- Build strong customer relationships and lead customer service initiatives.
- Develop new markets and expand business opportunities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and CMD personnel.
- Mentor and develop new team members at the entity level.
- Monitor pipeline, proposals, and customer behavior.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the PEB industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
