Sales Engineer – Philippines

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth and manage client relationships in the construction and structural steel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate project enquiries from corporate houses, consulting firms, public and private sector entities, individuals, and NGOs.
• Raise quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements/consultant drawings.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers to customers.
• Negotiate with customers to finalize contracts.
• Coordinate with customers and head office to ensure successful and timely project execution.
• Secure payments or letters of credit for jobs on time.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report regularly to supervisors.
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop new markets within the country or region.
• Work closely with CMD and finalize contracts with management’s support.

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Sales experience in PEB, cranes, installation, fabrication, construction, consulting, investment, structural steel, or related industries.
• Skills:
  • Technical knowledge in Civil/Mechanical Engineering/Architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing abilities.
